Summer colds suck

I sit here as my nose is completely stuffed up - more stuffed in the left nostril than the right. I can't breathe, my head hurts, my voice is very raspy and Lauren Bacall-esque - which Dave likes... And I just want to go home and get under the covers and feel cozy. Why why why haven't we figured out a really good way to cure the common cold - we all get colds and we all hate them... The worst is children with a cold and in my family's case the corresponding ear infections - last night we took Bennett to the After Hours pediatric care because he kept pulling his little right ear and crying OWWWIIIIIEEEE. $115 later... yes the diagnosis of the dreaded double ear infection with the prescription handed to us since "they couldn't call into the pharmacy" I mean I get it 5 or 6 people in the clinic and no patients other than us - totally makes sense - stated the bitter Mom. Please let me get my head cleared out sooner than later ;)

Alright so Bennett, according to himself is now officially "twoooooo" and he will answer "yeah" to virtually any question you ask...Do you have a butt the size of an 8-year old? Yeah

Are you a little stinky? Yeah

Have you been drinking? Yeah

and your mind can lead you to all of the twisted questions Dave and I are asking poor little Ben...
